Pippin Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pippin app ("Pippin," "the app") published by BTS Innovations LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using Pippin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Pippin is a private, on-device AI assistant and agent for Apple devices. It answers questions, drafts content, and can perform actions across your Apple apps with your permission. Features and availability may change over time.

Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

Pippin offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Weekly ($6.99), Monthly ($19.99), and Yearly ($149.99), each with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pippin to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to bypass its safety features. You are responsible for the accounts, keys, and content you connect to or use with the app.

AI output is not professional advice

Pippin generates AI content that can be inaccurate. It is provided for general information only and is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional before acting. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Third-party services

If you optionally add your own third-party AI API keys or connect external tools or accounts, your use of those services is governed by their terms, and requests are sent directly from your device to those providers.

Intellectual property

Pippin and its branding are owned by BTS Innovations LLC. You retain ownership of the content you create. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app under these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTS Innovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
